Please note: The property will be going through renovations from November 2013 until October 2014. During this period no first floor rooms will be available. Additionally, the swimming pool and the laundry facilities will be closed. Additional hotel facilities and services may also not be available. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of USD 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
