A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival by cheque, cash or card for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable within 72 hours of departure and is subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment. If this rule is not respected, guests will be charged a EUR 50 fine.

Please note that all guests must strip the beds, empty the bins and wash up and put away dishes before leaving. Failure to do so will result in an extra cleaning fee.

Please note that an extra cleaning fee will apply if the apartment is not left in a satisfactory condition. The amount of the fee is proportional to the extra time take to clean the apartment.
