Please note: All children staying at the property must be a minimum of 7 years of age. Guests bringing children must specify the children's ages in the 'Special Requests' box or the booking may not be confirmed. No child under 7 years of age will be allowed on the property. Extra fees will be charged for each child per night.

Property will contact guest upon booking with check in procedures and directions. Please note that the hotel reception closes at 19:00 every day. If arriving after 19:00, please contact the property (Chantal Gill舒適旅店berg) for check-in arrangements.

All credit card payments must include the 3 digit security code (4 digit for AMEX) or you reservation cannot be processed.

Please note: For all rentals, rooms and houses there is a 2 night minimum stay. Strictly enforced. No 1 night stays are accepted at any time. Please inform Malibu Island Rentals in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of USD 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
