The property will charge USD 500.00 anytime after the booking is made to secure the reservation. The remaining balance will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival.

A late check-in fee of USD 25 will be charged if guests arrive after 21:00.

A security deposit of USD 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
